The process

How a replacement works

Five steps, and you always know which one you are on. We text you at each stage.

  1. Free inspection

Carla or a lead installer checks the roof, attic and gutters and takes photos of anything that matters.

  2. Written estimate

You get a line-item price, the material options, and the schedule. No pressure to decide that day.

  3. Pick materials and a date

We bring sample boards so you can see colors against your siding in daylight.

  4. Install day

Tarps over landscaping, tear-off, dry-in and new roof. We text you when we arrive and when we finish.

  5. Walk-through and warranty

We show you the finished work, register the manufacturer warranty, and hand over your paperwork.

Local

Replacing roofs across the tri-county area

Our crews work in every town in the tri-county area, from older neighborhoods with steep pitches and multiple layers to newer subdivisions where the original builder-grade shingles are reaching the end of their life. We know the local permit offices and pull permits for you.

Common questions

How long does a roof replacement take?

Most single-family homes in the tri-county area take one to two days. Steep or very large roofs, or roofs with rotted decking, can take a third day. We tell you the expected schedule in the written estimate.

How do I know if I need a new roof or just a repair?

If damage is limited to one area and the shingles are under about 15 years old, a repair usually makes sense. Widespread granule loss, curling, multiple leaks or a roof past 20 years usually point to replacement. Your free inspection report will say which, with photos.

Do I need to be home during the work?

No. We need access to an outdoor outlet and the driveway. Most homeowners go about their day. It will be loud, so pets are usually happier elsewhere.

What does a new roof cost?

It depends on roof size, pitch, layers to remove and the material you choose. We give a line-item written estimate after the inspection, so you see exactly what you are paying for.

Do you offer financing?

[FINANCING DETAILS]. Ask Carla during your inspection and she will walk through the options.
